Fircrest is Located just northeast of University Place off Highway 16 with easy access to Interstate 5 and the Narrows Bridge that links Tacoma with Gig Harbor, Fircrest is a small bedroom community of some 5,300 residents. It is a tight-knit community that features good schools, a low crime rate, plenty of recreational opportunities and an excellent quality of life. Housing prices are very affordable, although the market is limited. A select few condominiums and townhouses are available in the $125,000 to $250,000 range. Single-family homes range in prices from $130,000 to $300,000.
